Based in Chesapeake, Virginia and conveniently located near Norfolk, Givens operates over 2 million square feet of state of art, dedicated and public warehouse space.
Within our Class A warehouse facilities we offer both customs bonded and Foreign Trade Zone (FTS) space options to support multiple potential customer solutions. Strategically positioned, our facilities are adjacent to key interstates and ports for ease of access and high velocity distribution.
Asset-Based Transportation
Givens Transportation, a leader in asset-based transportation, proudly manages a diverse fleet of over 170 trucks, offering a wide array of transportation services including local and regional truckload and drayage services.
Utilizing our private chassis fleet of standard and tri-axle chassis, we ensure the highest standards of service.
As a bonded carrier, we transport in-bond cargo from the port to our foreign trade zone and bonded warehouse facilities.
Givens Transportation provides container drayage services at the at the Port of Virginia and Port of Savannah. We also handle temperature controlled goods using our fleet of reefer trailers and team drivers.
Additional Services
For over 30 years Givens Logistics has specialized in arranging nationwide truckload, LTL, drayage, and transloading services at all US ports. Our team of experienced Logistics Coordinators will keep you informed while managing special projects and will route and track all shipments to ensure reliable on-time delivery.
Givens also offers domestic and international air freight services, specialized packing & crating, and distribution services. We provide a multitude of 3pl solutions, from consolidation and warehousing of goods to providing vapor-barrier options and safe OOG cargo handling for oversized construction, transportation and other industrial components.
